These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auspexa (the "Service"), a digital subscription providing statistics-driven analysis of football matches. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Auspexa is an informational statistics and analytics service. It presents model-generated probabilities, expected-goals estimates and written insight for football fixtures, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. Auspexa is not a gambling, betting, wagering or tipster service. We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate any bet, we hold no stakes, and we pay no winnings.
All predictions and analysis are statistical estimates provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or betting advice. You are solely responsible for any decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Auspexa offers paid plans (for example a monthly "Pro" plan and a one-time "Finals Pass"). Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service or its content, not to misuse the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
All content, models, text and branding on the Service are owned by Auspexa or its licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auspexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on predictions or analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
