We want you to be happy with Auspexa. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our digital subscription.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. You keep access until that date.
Because Auspexa is a digital service delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been used. However, we offer a 14-day satisfaction window: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will review your request and, in most cases, issue a full refund provided the service has not been substantially used.
The one-time Finals Pass covers the remainder of the tournament. Because the World Cup is already underway, the Finals Pass is refundable within 14 days of purchase only if it has not been substantially used (for example, no paid match analysis or AI companion sessions have been accessed). Once you have used the pass, it is non-refundable.
Email hello@auspexa.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us right away and we will correct it.
