This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Auspexa ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and never sell your data.

1. Data we collect

Account data — your email address and authentication details when you register.
Subscription data — your plan, status and purchase history.
Payment data — handled by our payment provider (merchant of record). We receive a confirmation and limited metadata (e.g. last 4 digits, country); we never store your full card number or CVV.
Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. pages viewed) to improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, provide and personalise the analysis, process subscriptions, provide support, comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Payment provider — to process payments and refunds as merchant of record.
Cloud hosting (AWS) — to run and store the Service securely.
AI processing — to generate written match insight; match/statistical inputs are sent, not your identity.

We only share what is necessary, under confidentiality obligations, and never sell personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@auspexa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the Service. We do not use advertising-tracking cookies.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
